成都科海专利事务有限责任公司，成立于1991年，四川省专利代理工作先进单位，中国（四川）知识产权维权援助中心合作单位，代理四川大学发明专利荣获中国专利金奖，是经国家知识产权局批准、首批完成脱钩改制的专利代理机构之一。科海专利公司与商标领域翘楚中细软集团及专注于知识产权领域的四川中法律师事务所建立战略联盟，业务涵盖专利、商标、版权、贯标、维权等知识产权全领域，共同打造中国领先的知识产权综合服务提供商。

Chengdu Kehai Patent Affairs Co., Ltd.( Hereinafter referred to as Kehai), founded in 1991, is an advanced unit of patent agency in Sichuan Province, a partner of China (Sichuan) Intellectual Property Rights Assistance Center, and has been awarded the China Patent Gold Award for the invention patent of Sichuan University. Also, It is approved by the State Intellectual Property Office and one of the first batch of patent agencies to complete the decoupling system.

科海专利公司前身是成立于1985年的成都科技大学专利事务所（该所是四川高校专利事务所中代理专利申请最多的事务所），脱钩改制时原成都科技大学专利事务所的专利代理人及原四川大学专利事务所、原华西医科大学专利事务所、原电子科技大学专利事务所的部分专利代理人组成公司骨干。

The predecessor of Kehai is Chengdu University of Science and Technology Patent Office (the office is the most patented office in Sichuan University Patent Office) which was founded in 1985. Besides, the office was the patent agent of the original Chengdu University of Technology Patent Office. And the backbone of the company are from former Sichuan University Patent Office, former Huaxi Medical University Patent Office, and some patent agents of the former Electronic Science and Technology University Patent Office.

科海专利公司专利代理人核心成员为高校教师，均具有高级或中级技术职称，其专业覆盖面涉及机械、电子、计算机、物理、化学、生物、医药、食品等众多领域，而且在长期的专利代理工作中积累了丰富的实践经验，善于处理各种疑难案件。其中专利代理团队35人，取得执业证代理人15人，高等院校教授4人，研究员1人，律师顾问团队18人，双证律师5人，省高院或市中院特邀陪审员3人，成都市仲裁员2人。公司专利代理人曾多次参加省、市人民法院和四川省知识产权局受理的专利纠纷案件的技术判定，在四川省知识产权界享有较高的知名度。

The core members of Kehai are college teachers, all of whom have senior or intermediate technical titles. Their profession include machinery, electronics, computer, physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, food, etc. Also, They have accumulated rich practical experience during the long-term work of patent agents and are good at handling various difficult cases. Among them, there are 35 patent agency teams, 15 practicing license agents, 4 professors in colleges and universities, 1 researcher, 18 lawyers advisory team, 5 double-certified lawyers, and 3 provincial high-level or city-in-house special invited jurors, 2 arbitrators in Chengdu. The company's patent attorney has participated in the technical judgment of patent dispute cases accepted by the provincial and municipal people's courts and the Sichuan Provincial Intellectual Property Office, and enjoys a high reputation in the intellectual property sector in Sichuan Province.

  Lv Jianping, Tang Lirong, and Huang Youling, who were employed by the Sichuan Higher People's Court or the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court as legal advisors for intellectual property rights, foreign-related civil cases, and special jurors for intellectual property civil cases. Among them, Professor Lu Jianping and Professor Tang Lirong were also appointed as arbitrators for the Chengdu Arbitration Commission.
• 四川大学的“分子复合三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐阻燃剂及其制备方法和用途”发明专利荣获国家知识产权局授予的中国专利金奖，该专利代理人为邓继轩教授。
  Professor Deng Jixuan, the patent attorney of Sichuan University's "Molecular Composite Melamine Cyanurate Flame Retardant and Its Preparation Method and Use" invention patent which was awarded the China Patent Gold Award by the State Intellectual Property Office.
• 葡萄牙里斯本工商大学管理学博士、从事知识产权、金融、税收法学教学研究、曾在多家全国知名律师事务所担任高级合伙人和管理者的律师孔建会先生。
  Mr. Kong Jianhui, the doctor of Management, Lisbon Business School in Portugala. He is also a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property, finance, tax law teaching and research, and a senior partner and manager of several well-known law firms。

  Mr. Zhou Lin, a senior Partner Lawyer. He used to be the Intellectual Property Director of Haier Group, the Master of Laws of Peking University, specializing in foreign intellectual property rights .

  Mr. Wu Xudong, the bachelor of Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University and the Master of Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Patent Attorney, Member of the National Association of Lawyers High-tech and Network Technology Professional Committee, Senior Member of Intellectual Property Committee of Sichuan Lawyers Association. He has been a lawyer for more than ten years with intellectual property litigation experience. The lawyer advisory team led by Mr Wu Xudong has not only rich experience but also is qualified as a patent attorney and legal license, including but not limited to, Xiang Xia, Yang Lian, Feng Taiping, and Zou Deping.
